I was searching for a hotel in the center of Istanbul, and a friend recommended Holiday Inn in Sisli. It turned out to be a smart decision! Everything we were looking for, we found there. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the big pool with blue water was a great bonus. The staff, especially Alona from reception, were amazing. We saw many couples with babies there, a good choice for families. Thank you all!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel had an excellent location. It was conveniently located near the bustling shopping street and a major mall, making it easy for me to explore and shop. The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. there was a persistent smell of smoke in the room, despite being in a non-smoking area.

the luxurious amenities provided in the room exceeded our expectations.
The only minor issue we had was with the buffet breakfast, which had limited options for vegetarians. the restaurant had private facilities for exclusive dining experience, which we regret not trying.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, and Sun loungers were outstanding. the location was great, with many restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance.
The only downside we experienced was a minor issue with the room. the door didn't close on its own, which was frustrating, as we had to ensure it was shut correctly every time.

The staff were really good and amazing, always willing to help and recommend places to visit. The location was great, walking distance to a shopping mall and close to the center of Istanbul. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a great bed. All the staff, including the customer relations representative and the lady cleaning the rooms, were kind and cooperative.
